Helical vibrating screen Brief introduction
S49 helical vibrating screen series is a highly accurate new-type screening machine for fine size material.
Through renewal and improvement several years by our company, its performance becomes better and better and reaches high standard of the same model in foreign countries nowadays, the finest size of this machine screened is 400 mesh and sieve 4 different types.
Helical vibrating screen with ordinary motor linked by soft coupling is to transmit the machinery and then driven heavy punch to produce shock excitation, which makes screen body motile-helical vibrating, the vibrating slot is a complicated cubic curve in space that sieving the material well in screen body. The moving track of material can be changed by adjusting spatial phase angle of up and down punch.
A shock excitation source of screen body is at the bottom of screen, which fixes every layer screen frame and screening net rack. All parts fastened form participating vibration in a whole and are supported by spring vibration isolation (rubber spring or cylinder spiral spring). The material is fed from middle hole in upper of screen, and discharge outlet at the side of screen frame can be changed.
