CZQM series of gas tank pulse bag type dust collector is a kind of novel and high efficient model researched and developed on the basis of introducing in the high technique from American Fule Company and absorbing German similar products’ technical merit. Gathering two advantage from loculate reverse blowing collector and spray blowing pulse Bag collector, this new model overcomes the disadvantage of lower dust removing capacity and synchro dust removing and filtering operation, expanding its application area. This series has highly improved the dust removing ability and operational reliability, extending the lifetime of filtrate bag together with largely reducing the worker’s intensity by assimilating the excellence of both internal and external similar products. This model includes the following specialty:
　1. Adapt to removing high deepness dust. A common set of crushing and grinding equipment includes high deepness of dust to 1000g/Nm3, this model is able to directly operate dusting program without setting up top-class dusting equipment.
　2. Adopt off-line dust removing technique to process loculate reverse blowing, which can avoid twice adsorption situation, keep the whole facility work in order, improve the results of dust removing and extend the life-span of the filtration bags.
　3. Adopt gas box configuration to reduce the loss incurred by local resistance and avoid the case of inconvenient filtration bags installation.
